Model Search :: Rules and Regulations

To be eligible to become a Contestant in the 2010 Top 10 Model Search Contest:

You must be fifteen (15) to twenty two (22) years of age. If you are fifteen (15) to seventeen (17) years old you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to be eligible to win. Your parent or legal guardian will be required to sign the Parental Consent Form section of your Contestant Confirmation Form.

The Model Search Contest will have winners in both female and male categories. No modeling experience is required. You cannot currently be represented by, or under contract to, a modeling agency or the equivalent.

Valid Contestants must accurately and fully complete the online Contestant Form, upload images as required by TTP and complete and turn in the Contestant Confirmation Form (also signed by your Parent or Legal Guardian if you are under 18 years old) and to agree and comply with all of the Rules, Regulations, Term of Use and Privacy Policies as set forth on this website. By entering this contest, you are allowing Top 10 Prom, LLC and its affiliates and Members to use your name, image and other information you have provided to us.

The first round of voting is based on On-Line voting. Contestants should encourage friends and family to vote On-Line each day. Voters may vote once per day each day during the On-Line voting time frame. The top On-Line voting winners will move on to round two. The Judges Panel will choose a number of "wildcard" Contestants that will also move to round two. The second round will be judged by the Judges Panel.

If a finalist or winner cannot participate in any of the photo shoots, publicity events or any other activities for or relating to the competition or prizes for whatsoever reason, TTP reserves the right to disqualify the finalist and appoint another Contestant as a replacement.

After the contest, winners are required to attend events, be available for photoshoots, interviews and/or television or taped broadcast, web related or other events arranged by TTP and to sign a management agreement allowing TTP to represent them as an agency. TTP reserves the right to discontinue using any winner in advertising, promotional materials, etc. without assigning any reason whatsoever. Meal allowances, travel, accommodations and other daily expenses are not covered unless specifically provided for in writing prior to the event. Each applicant, if called for an interview and/or test photo shoot, must be available to come to the photo shoot location to be determined by TTP for the interview and/or test photo shoot (with no pay and no guarantees). Transportation and lodging is at the model's expense for all.

Winners will be notified by email and will have seven business days to confirm as required in the email. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture and TTP shall have the right to cancel the award and select a replacement contestant. Awards and/or prizes are personal to each Winner and are not transferable or redeemable for cash, substitution or resale. TTP has the right to terminate or alter the rules of the Contest at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. Entries are subject to verification and may be rejected by TTP without assigning any reason. Entrants agree to abide by the Contest Rules and the decisions of the TTP judging panel, which are final and cannot be challenged. The Top 10 Prom Model Search will be modified or void as necessary to comply with any applicable state or federal laws.
